Encore: Please help I’m losing my mind…

I have completed all versions of Encore and opened every secret chest so many times I could do it in my sleep now… I have also completed Act 3 of Echoes… I opened the chests in the wrong order (the first chest was the last one I opened for the first time). I’ve been awarded only 2 of the catalysts (Subsistance & Destabilizing Rounds) but I went back through after getting those and reopened the rest of the chests and got none of the benefits… Have also completed it on Expert… I see that some people were able to get them ALL IN ONE RUN?!!! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IM LOSING MY MIND!
