HOW DO I GET TO THE ATORNUS RAID?!

I've done Uniting the Isles, gotten my artifact weapon, ran through some of the Argos storyline, and now I'm just stuck at "Remnants of the Darkfall Ridge". I apparently have to run "Darkfall Ridge Supplies" from my scouting map but the map is completely empty and doesn't let me interact with it.

All I'm trying to do is run this raid to try for the mount during this event. WHY IS IT SO FUCKING COMPLICATED TO RUN AN EIGHT YEAR OLD RAID
