I made my first mistake as an intern. Advice on how to be *resilient*?

I made a mistake. Thankfully, it didn’t end up affecting my patient as much as it could have, but it was still bad. I was following orders from a consulting team, and my senior resident also missed it, so it’s not all on my shoulders, but as a day 3 intern it feels awful. I know this is bound to happen again, so can anyone share advice on how to deal with and learn from mistakes, both in the moment and afterwards?
