Issues with p1s - z-axis homing error , sometimes able get past that to print but fails on 1st layer, and can’t send new prints to the SD card

Basically the title. Something happened to my p1s where it’s very unhappy.

I’m certain this was self inflicted as I was looking to swap from a 0.4 to a 0.2 nozzle. I think I may of accidentally unplugged it while the printer was powered on. Was a bad habit from how my a1 works

I don’t know if any one has experienced this? I’m guessing some sort of controller is dead
