Rachel sending Sunshine to an active cr*ckhouse?

I don’t know if this has ever been talked about in here but I wanted to yap about it. In season two when we first meet Sunshine, Rachel gave her the address to a crackhouse. Mike and Tina interrogate her about it with her saying, “it wasn’t an ACTIVE crackhouse how did you guys find out anyways?” And they respond with “the Asian community is very close.” But then when Rachel and Sunshine talk afterwards, Sunshine says “they stole my sheet music and used it for toilet paper!” So did Rachel actually send her to an active house?? And if so why don’t I see people talk about this more often. 😭
