Maybe moving..

Hey y’all! My girlfriend and I are looking to move to Pensacola next year for 1 year. We have no kids, no feet rooted job… why not? Pensacola is pretty comparable to the city we live in now. We will for sure be coming back to TN after the year is up.

Any advice? How to find homes for rent there that aren’t on Zillow? Facebook groups?

More info: we are 23. Have around 35k in savings combined. My degree is in communications and marketing. Hers is excessive science. She has experience in the sports industry, mine is in events/marketing and we both have a LOT of restaurant experience. Figure we’ll worry about jobs after we decide if this is what we really want. Looking for 1-2 bedrooms around 1500-2500

Also to add, telling me to google stuff or any negative feedback doesn’t help at all. I want to hear from people who actually have experience in the area.
