BWT: Where are we getting tooth gems in NYC?

I know, they’re not for everyone. But I’ve been in the mood to get some tooth gems again.

I went to live by the sword last time but I was wondering if anyone has any recs?

Also if you have recs for Queens and Manhattan those are easiest for me to get to :)
