Best Tips to Pass Gas

Hey All. Laying in bed after getting 2nd bowel resection. They ended up doing two resections and couldn't do it laparoscopically.

Everything seems to be going fine. Still waiting to pass gas and wondering what tips anybody might have to get some action going on down there?
