Hr outta control

Is anyone else's hr on a super power trip? Our hr person in cca personally checks Kronos daily to look for tardys. Then forces supervisors to write them up. The supervisors have no control over anything, she has to be part of everything, they can't make any decisions. There is no middle ground, the hr person is just a the pm assistant. The aware line she just filters everything and nothing ever comes from it, just a fake investigation. This is a totally different company then ten years ago
