google play has plagued my docomo sh O2l...

normally when downloading an apk onto the phone its easy to find in the files to then copy the exact name as it appears in my phone's files into my computer to uninstall EXCEPT from google play... I cant find the file anywhere in my phone so I am unable to uninstall... the problem I have is that google consistently crashes when opened and even randomly popping up a notification. It has also disabled some apps because "this app cant run without google play" even though google play wont run... ITS SO ANNOYING I CANT GET RID OF IT HELP????
