Cinebench GPU testing always results in driver crash, one game causes random black screens?
AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6-Core Processor
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
32GB RAM
MSI PRO B650-S WIFI (MS-7E26)
I have had this build for a little over ay ear now without any problems, it's been doing well with every game I play and the 3D work I do, however, yesterday I tried out a new game I got (Palworld) and occasionally my screen would turn black with the monitor claimign to have lost connection.
The screen would not turn back on, though I could still hear the game - and in the end I'd always have to completely restart the PC.
During my search for a solution I tried to do a cinebench benchmark for my GPU, however, each time it lasts about two or three minutes, until my computer stutters, and then cancels the benchmark with an error message about the AMD driver having crashed. This happens every time I try to run the benchmark.
I have found some threads talking about BIOS settings, which I followed but unfortunately to no better results, resetting the BIOS settings completely also hasn't changed anything.
Kind of at a loss for this, any ideas?
