Is it weird?

So I am in the middle of building a rifle for my wife for her birthday come November. I got on it early and started the process back in February since I knew the parts and lead times on ATF tax stamps were going to take a while. The gun itself I bought back in February and filed a form 1 on it very shortly afterward. When the suppressor became available at my LGS I bought it and filed my form 4 at the start of June. Today this afternoon I woke up to both of them being approved at the same time. Like I know the legislation passed to make them free starting next year but I already paid the stamps. Coincidence in them both getting approved suddenly?
