PLEASE HELP

In the start of June I recieved a mail from NUST stating to submit an income certificate of my sister on a stamp paper or else scholarship will rejected. My sister is a teacher and her salary is deposited into her account directly. She requested her principal to provide her a physical salary slip but the principal refused. I was panicking because I thought my scholarship is going to be rejected and if it gets rejected I would not be able to attend Nust. I asked for help from nustrive admin and he said email them. For like next two to three weeks I kept on emailing them but there was no response. During this time I received two more warnings and then I finally contacted ugadmission. Turns out I was emailing to the wrong address. After that I recieved two different responses. One they asked for bank statements showing my sister's salary credits and the other email asked for an income certificate on a stamp paper signed by my sister. I was already busy in a family wedding so the most convenient option was to send the bank statement to them. I emailed them the bank statement and thought now I don't have to worry abt anything. Two to three days later I recieved another email clearly stating my scholarship will be rejected if I fail to submit thr income certificate . I contacted the Financial aid Office again and then they told me the statement had to be uploaded on the website. I tried uploading the statement on website and it was not being uploaded so I decided to just get the stamp paper made and upload it. The deadline to submit the document was on 28th June Saturday. My sister had gone to our cousin's house that day so it was not possible to get a stamp paper on her behalf without her being present there. So I decided to get the stamp paper on Sunday and then upload it. Which clearly is my fault. But when I got the stamp paper and I tried uploading it. The website said deadline has been missed so I emailed the stamp paper to Financial aid office in hopes that they would accept it but they said it needs to be uploaded on the website portal. I have emailed them thrice now about the situation but there is no response. Anyone who has any idea what could happen next ? Will they reject my scholarship now or Will they let me upload the document ? Please someone help me on this situation. I am truly worried because I can not get in if I fail to get the scholarship.
