Anyone else have this procedure be painful?

!So I just got my first ever Pap done and that shit hurted! I generally have a high pain tolerance and experience no bottom dysphoria but oh my god the doctor tried everything to make me comfortable (used the pediatric speculum + tried using lidocaine) but it still really hurt. It's been a few hours since the exam and I'm still experiencing some pain/cramping. Has this happened to anyone else? I've never had anything "up there" before, and once it reached my cervix the pressure I felt turned into an unbearable pain. I've had him stop three different times for a break.!<

!Don't know if anyone else has experienced this. Maybe my doctor was just really slow at doing what he needed to do. I've also been on T for about 8 years don't know if that plays a role. !<
