RBC Candidate Home gone after accepting Offer and still waiting for BGC

I recently accepted an offer from RBC and started my background check with Sterling. I'm still waiting for the results of the background check. The Sterling BGC asked me for my additional infos about my job experiences And then all of a sudden, the next day, when I checked from Candidate Home, my application was gone, and it says "You have no applications." in my Candidate Home.

Is this normal? I'm just lil worried bc I heard some bad things about Sterling BGC on YouTube. Has anyone experienced the same things?
