Blaming feminism for low birth rates is cope.

It’s pretty common for conservatives in Europe and America to try to link declining birthrates to feminism. Feminist values have destroyed the nuclear family, they’ll say. That’s the reason westerners aren’t having children. It almost sounds reasonable, until you hear them simping for gender roles in Japan and Korea. Indeed feminism has much less of a foothold in Japanese and Korean society so one would think their birthrates must be much higher than the west. I mean it wouldn’t make any sense for Japan and Korea to be facing a serious threat of population collapse, now would it? Not when they have such traditional gender roles and family values, surely.
