Aim questions

Hi, Just trying to get along with the game
I currently use Narukami, and time to time i switch to others, My point is

I have a problem that when i'm Fighting close range, my camera seems doesn't move anymore like before, Feels like i'm having an "Aim assist" That slow down about 70% my sensitivity.

i Use Pc And i do have a controller attached but i do not use it, Anyother having same? And if so... Does someone please have any idea or setting that can help?...
