Help! Fire Dragon Colleague

Hi! I, 31(F) am born in the year of a wood dog. My new reporting officer who joined just last year June, is born in the year of fire dragon! and we do not get along, at all. Like its pretty bad, I know our zodiac animals are just not compatible at all! We only interact professionally and only if we absolutely have to. Previously when I had a similar situation, I kept a plant at my desk, to ward off the energy... But now i'm lost, I dont know what to get to ward off the energy.
