CPA Ontario CORE 1 Exam July 5 2025 - Debrief

For anyone that wrote today’s Core 1 exam, how did it go? Curious to debrief some answers.

Overall I feel like it was pretty much what I expected. I definitely need to work on my time management for the case. I definitely spent almost half of my time on the case but I honestly didn’t run into any time issues with MCQ since I really worked on getting my average time per question down to 1.5-2mins max during my studying.

Feel free to include specific questions you can remember. For example, what did y’all put for the MCQ about the valuation of the specialized robots? I put Replacement method.
