infected lotus - does it exist?

Like the starred fiery toad ^((whatever it's name is, look, it's early/late for me, my brain is not using its electric impulses to its fullest extent)) I'm wondering if it even exists.

It's the only thing missing to get the Infected Survivalist Accomplishment but I have so far not managed to find one.
