Removeable Battery Importance

Hi all!

So after much review, I am interested in buying a Voya Momentum ebike as my first commuter. However, the part I don’t love is there isn’t a removeable battery. I don’t have much concern for charging; but what does someone do in 5 years when it goes bad? Is there a way to service it?
