Extreme anxiety ahead of surgery

I (25F) have bottom surgery coming up next month with Dr. Brandt in PA; I've been working towards this for almost a full year but the closer I get to my date the more anxious and scared I get. I'm really worried that I'm making the wrong choice, that something will go wrong, that I won't be happy with the outcome, that I'll regret getting surgery. Has anyone else experienced this? I just kind of need to know that I'm not alone. I don't think I'm going to cancel my surgery or anything I'm just really scared. I don't want to get surgery, I just want to have a vagina. I wish I could've just had the right everything at birth.
