What’s your go to vinyl for glow in the dark effects?

I asked this question before and got ignored. Not sure if material suggestion request aren’t allowed on this subreddit or whatever. Either way, I’m looking to do some glow in the dark stars for my son’s space themed room. I’ve tried some cheap stuff off Amazon, and I’m not happy with it. It doesn’t glow at all, and I’ve never had much luck with glow in the dark stuff.
