getting a job when i graduate

hi everyone i graduate in december! so ive been thinking about how id be able to stand out amongst other new grads when looking for a job. i’ve been at 2 clinic sites and ive done my best to try to establish a good standing w the leads and rts to secure a job. is there anything i can do to really stand out to get a job?
