Productive procrastination, environmental psychology, task avoidance while at home. Am I cooked?

Advice Wanted

I'll try to be as transparent and detailed as I can though it is a little bit late and I'm falling asleep so i really doubt but hope you guys can understand at least a small fraction of this.

Here I go.

i have trouble waking up to go to work, trouble walking when at work and trouble even thinking when at work. I'm dreading, but it's such an easy work that somehow I pull it off but I'm in autopilot 95% of the time.

Recently it has gotten pretty bad, I'm constantly looking for escape future plans from here and while at work I'm using my phone more than I guess what's "acceptable ”. Researching about education, career choices, things I could do in 10 years from now if I really chased it and gave my effort. I was successful in my adult day school English assesment and apparently I can attend in September and start somewhere.

My motivation is there when everything, my morals and my ethics click with the environment. I was talked to about becoming employer of the month right off the bat from my probation, but due to severe nepotism and constant work conflicts and backstabbing from supervisors later on (yeah, it's a toxic place) I totally lost my willingness to do better and to help the company. My performance now is just above average, which is not really acceptable to my competitive nature, but I literally have trouble standing on my feet at that place, it's like my energy is being drained just at the thought of getting there. I was even waiting to get into a PIP process recently, but instead I'm being give shit like I'm doing a good job, now the hell am I doing a good job when I'm draggin my feet more than ever, they are literally gaslighting me about my own performance.

Now when I'm at work, all is well, I do research a lot in my phone as I said regarding career path, market saturation, apprenticeship. Things I could like, everything.

But when I come home Its really hard. I used to have a routine where I'd wake up 1.5 hours before leaving for work and I'd invest 1 hour into learning about electric circuits, ohms law, shit like that.

I stopped doing that because my girlfriend didn't support my decision of starting school at the time and I just lost all motivation. And in general I'm having so much struggle being productive at home. I don't even fold my clothes, I leave them in the baskets after they come out of the drier.

Some people close to me suspect I have either moderate/severe stress in general or ADHD of which I'm still working in getting a proper assesment on.

I guess I'm wondering if some kind of a coach or therapist can help me with reprogramming my brain and instead of making my home my relaxation/entertainment temple, it can become my structured productivity temple, similar to how I feel at work using every minute of my free time doing research that can potentially positively impact my future.
