Ideas??

Hola friends

I have been an RVT for 8 years, and I feel like I have so much to offer my clinic but I feel somewhat restricted. I help with admin, scheduling, training, mentoring as well as all aspects.of "tech" work etc.. which I love but im a little sour that I have not been provided advancement oppourtunities..

What kinds of things did you do to get out of the rut and move up? A new niche, certification, project..? Looking for ideas.
