The jingle bells audio

I don't know much deltarune lore but i'm pretty sure i've heard the holidaygirl blog jingle bells music on some bootleg santa before. I forget if it was the walking bell ringing one or a ladder climbing one i just know i've heard of it well before finding out it was related to deltarune. Has anyone else thought that?
