What does the new budget bill passing mean for PC?

I believe that, last I read, PC budget remained unchanged in the bill. But in the PDF from the bill that passed today, I can’t find Peace Corps using Ctrl-F. Is the budget still unchanged?

Also, in the PCs request document, they briefly mentioned wanting to increase the readjustment allowance. Does anyone have any further insight on this? Could it affect current volunteers sometime soon?
