Coursework Understanding?

Future student here. What is the real life experience for those who are capable and want to complete coursework and certifications (I.T. degree) quickly? Can you literally complete all the courses in one to two terms? How do you schedule them and work with the course scheduler to knock them out?

I'm not saying I am going to do this, but I have a target of 2 terms for the remaining 72 credits on the course (*not counting the study dotcom courses that will transfer. I am looking at a max of 45 credits remaining).

Also, if the OA is knocked out of the park (passing), then can you go ahead and take the PA? (I don't know if I got those backwards).
