PLEASE HELP

cockatiel laid an egg this morning, first one she has ever laid. It fell and cracked at the bottom. I came home from work, the camera I use to watch her was in the floor. She couldn’t fly- when she did fly she flew into the wall or off one of my tapestry’s. I finally got her into her cage so she stopped hurting herself but she was running around on the floor squawking. I can’t even look at her without her hissing at me but no vets are opening and I’m freaking out please help me.
