How to use creamapi?

New to whole creamapi and cant seem to find any tutorials on it.

I bought elden ring from steam. I now want to play the game’s DLC.

The reason for using creamapi is so I can play the dlc in online mode as well.

How do I use creamapi to play the dlc? Do I have to download creamapi from somewhere?
