What happened to cowboy?!

I was always a big Fan of the bike and company itself, support was also great. Now I'm waiting already 4 week to get ANY message on whether my order I made 3 month ago will still arrive or the actual state.

It seems to be IMPOSSIBLE to receive ANY reply at all. I'm getting really pissed, is it the same for you guys?
