Launch of new scooter TVS Jupiter 110,

My friend is thinking of buying the TVS Jupiter 110 that is launching in a few days. What do you guys think of this scooter?

Upon watching a few youtube reviews, I found its build quality is not that great. So, no really sure if I should suggest this scooty.
