I male [20] don't understand my whole situation with my gf Female [19]

My issue is a bit complicated and usually I wouldn't go to reddit with that but idk I just need some other peoples opinions, so basically me and my gf really love each other we have been together for almost 2 years but lately thing's have been getting ruff, especially because my girl just had to make a lot off ruff decisions lately (Wich also affected me) and basically what hurted me is her saying that I don't really cared about it, it includes loosing a close person and idk that just really hurted me but we kinda talked it out, my issue is just that this isn't the first time she says such things and I just don't know what to do she claims that I don't listen, don't care about her but I legit put all my energy in her I always text in the morning evening asking if she's okay if she needs to talk etc and today for example I had to leave very early in the morning from her place because I have a skin condition called neurodermatitis and it basically makes my skin itch for hours, it's very uncomfortable and makes me go crazy sometimes cuz I scratch so bad sometimes that I start bleeding so ye I basically just wanted to go home but I didn't wanna wake her up cuz ik exactly that if I do that that she will complain about me prioritizing my problems and making stuff about me, so I wrote a letter and a message on Whatsapp, then kinda woke her up to say goodbye, where she just replied with: ye I understand it's fine bye and when I arrived at home her response to the message was ye I just don't wanna talk for a while and I asked what I did wrong but she couldn't say what I did and ye I'm just kinda exhausted but I really want this to work but idk so ye just need some points of views
