So what is up with the way the Scottish word "horde" is used in Gaelic?

The main reason is to make Scottish words seem more like "horde" when they are used in Gaelic. I'm sure the word itself was used for someone else's name. But is it just being used in Gaelic? Do you think it is a bit of a misfeature of Gaelic? I think it is a bit too broad and cliche for English. I'm sure the word has been misused for others. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
