if they don't do shit about it I'll quit

I love this game and I waited so long to play it on a pc. At first everything was fine and I had played it with my boyfriend everyday for the past weeks. Then after couple of days error code 721 had appeared and since playing the game is like a chore. Everybody on the internet says that spamming the connect button will help but for me it only helps at most for one match and it kicks me out of the game. I thought that is problem with my internet connection but i had checked everything with my boyfriend and it's not a problem with the device and not with my router so it must be problem with the EA servers. The game is not fun for me anymore and I wish that EA didn't end the support for the game so early. If you know what to do to fix it please tell me.
