Bra ruined by my roommate

Hii, name's Steph, 30f with thick built body. A few days ago, my roommate borrowed my bra (I'm 36D) since she's running out of hers. It was a strange request but still I agreed. When she returned from work midnight, she said she was sorry because my bra was too tight because of her size (40DD) and she may have "stretched" it, then I found my bra in the laundry bag with the straps almost torn!
