Please help

Hello,

I had a Employability Skills Training Course which I didn’t attend because i thought it was optional rather than mandatory & due to this my payment was put on hold (Suspended) last week, this upcoming week is the third & final week of the course which last day is on Thursday, so I’m planning to call digital services on Friday, I just wanted to know what will happen, will they see my reason as a not good enough excuse? (If so, what happens then) or will they be understanding and if so what happens then? Will they book me into another course or do I not need to do a course?
