Occult Tethered Cord symptoms

I have long standing neurological and back symptoms that became totally debilitating last year. I just had an MRI looking for cord compression but it isn't showing anything. I suspect I have Occult Tethered Cord, something is very wrong and not being explained by imaging. My symptoms are loss of bladder control, motor weakness in both legs, feeling of wearing a stocking, lumbar pain, electric shocks if things are aggravated beyond their limits, loss of hot/cold sensation in my entire back and a worsening of symptoms from bending down, getting in the car, walking etc. The hospital initially thought cauda equina but an MRI only showed mild crowding. My current specialist isnt a tc expert but at least thought of cord compression.

Can anyone relate to my symptoms?
