BDO background check?

First time to encounter. Agent said he’s from BDO Mastercard doing a background check? Hindi natapos call namin kasi nasa byahe kami and I was a bit distracted to entertain the call. Pero they asked if I’m having troubles accessing my account/card I said it’s fine. Then I told him to call another time. He might call back by Monday.

This is the number +639319455410 not sure kung legit kasi I recently requested for a cc upgrade.

Any clues or similar experience? TYIA 🙏🏼
