Awkward townie conversations because of MC name

So my name is Charlie, and that's what I named my MC. Upon meeting Charles, as in any game where that kind of things happens, I thought "uh oh..."

Welp. Just had a conversation with Kira at the Clinic where she first says something like "I guess these people know what they're talking about. Especially that Charlie." Follow up dialogue is, "Huh? Who's 'Charles'?"

Does anyone remember how this dialogue played out for them? Three possibilities: -She says any MC name in the first, and she somehow doesn't know the name of the neighbor who's clinic she's in. -She knows Charles by the nickname Charlie and forgot his formal name (happens to me). -It's a clever Easter egg by the devs the built in for cases with MC's that share names with NPC's
