luvo mirror TALKING

hey guys i have no clue about electronics but i’m kinda weirded out, my sister and i both have luvo crystal mirrors that have bluetooth and the bluetooth is always on and thats fine BUT recently my sister had a random person connect to the mirror, we dont know if it’s intentional or not but it was someone making weird noises and two girls that seemed to be having a conversation. whether it was on call or next to each other we don’t know but we’re an bit spooked and are not sure if this is just a mistake and the mirror just connected to someone random or if its like haunted lol. anyone that could try and explain would be appreciated
