I can't get WAN videos to work on anything (except WAN2GP)

I have WAN2GP setup and it was simple, select the model, use a lora, enter a prompt. Done. It's fast because Sage is installed easily. It just works but lacks customization.

I tried SwarmUI and no matter what I do every WAN2 video looks like this. All I do is select the 480p WAN T2V model and use T2V. I've been told this happens when you mix up I2V and T2V, but that's not the case...

I also tried ComfyUI and the workflows confuse me. So I download workflows or use templates. The workflows either use too much VRAM (I have a 5090) or produce weird results, like weird coloring issues or noisy videos. It's also very slow because I can't figure out an easy way to install Sage.

I have been at it for a few days now, trying to wrap my head around how to utilize my 5090 to make videos that allows better customization than WAN2GP.

What is the most up to date recommended guide to getting WAN2 to work with either ComfyUI or SwarmUI (including Sage)? Thanks.
