Fully building head k20a2 valve choices???

Hi guys im planning to fully build head for NA with bigger cams propably polish or cnc but i dont know should i go with supertech flat valves +1mm or normal . What you think or someone have experience would appreciate to tell us more so also others can learn 🙏🏻
