Commuting to Airport (Ryanair)

Hi everyone! I recently got recruited to do a Ryanair training course in Porto, however, my base will be in Germany.

I do not have a driver's license or a car, so how realistic is it to commute to the airport?? I'm just afraid I won't have any buses at the sometimes 'weird' schedule Ryanair flies on.
