Help how do I make friends

I’m in J1 right now, and there’s this girl I saw since orientation. At first, I just thought she was really pretty, but after orientation ended, I kept seeing her around school. Coincidentally, she happened to be in my friend’s OG (but they are not friends), and that’s how I found out her name and a little bit about her. She’s also friends with one of my classmate too. Not long after, I kinda made my presence known — I interacted with her once, and she followed me back on insta but it stopped there; we aren’t friends yet. I didn’t wanted to appear weird or anything so I didn’t really bother her a lot even when we saw one another I also didn’t say hi oops shld have tho.. She gives off this popular girl Brandy Melville vibe (also a very kind person from the small convos I previously had with her) while I’m more on the reserved side, and I don’t really know anything about makeup or fashion. I usually don’t really have problems making friends but when it comes to her, it feels like she’s a little out of reach for me to become friends with, and that makes me hesitate. Right now I’m pretty sure she knows who I am but idk how to become friends with her because I am introverted. I also dk if she wants to be friends with me (I do overthink a lot btw).
