What’s one subtle joke or running gag in Bob’s Burgers that took you multiple rewatches to notice — and now you can’t unsee it?

I’ve been rewatching the series lately (unemployment in this job market ftw sigh) and keep noticing little jokes I totally missed the first (or second) time around …especially in background signs or quick lines. One that stuck out was how often Mr. Fishoeder’s eye patch switches eyes (this is now disputed and we aren’t sure)

So, what are some small, easily missed details, inside jokes or visual gags that you didn’t catch until way later? I’m curious what others have spotted (that maybe I haven’t!)
