2 Weeks Post-Op – 360cc Under the Muscle, Pain + Scar Concern… Is This Normal?

Hey everyone, I’m 2 weeks post-op from breast augmentation and honestly feeling a bit anxious about how things are going.

I’m 170 cm / 50 kg, started from a 70A, and got 360cc implants placed under the muscle. The recovery has been tougher than expected. I still have a lot of tightness and pain, and I can’t sit up without help especially using my chest or arms. I had no upper body strength before surgery, which I think is making things harder.

On top of that, I also developed what seems like a mild scar infection (some redness, small opening, and darkened area under the incision on one side). I’ve started using Betaisodona (iodine) and antibiotics, and I’m monitoring it closely but it’s definitely added to my stress.

Just wondering if anyone else experienced a similar recovery especially if you’re petite with under-the-muscle placement and had a longer/heavier healing process? Also, if you had any scar complications, how long did it take to clear up?
