Dr.Ramani course advice , is it worth it?

Hey guys I really need help and I wanna heal so I wanna make sure that I don’t waste my money over a course that won’t be helpful to me I need advice. Does anyone here tried Dr. Ramani course healing from narcissistic abuse, what do you think is it worth it!?
