What CPU should i pair with the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB? 7700X?

Currently I can find the 5060 Ti for around 450€ and the 7700X for 260€.
Or should i even get the 5070 (for 100€ more) though it has 4GB of VRAM less?

I want to use it primarily for 1440p gaming.
